Writalism is a distraction-free, browser-based writing application that integrates with your personal Google Drive account to store notes, pages, and personal preferences in your Google Drive Application Data space.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and control over all text, documents, notes, and content that you compose or store using Writalism. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

4. Google Account Integration

To use cloud synchronization, you must authenticate using your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials. You may disconnect Writalism from your Google account at any time via Google Account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Writalism is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliable performance, you acknowledge that your data is stored on Google Drive and dependent upon Google's infrastructure availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of Writalism be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
